GNV Hub, developed by Itapox Software Development, values your privacy. This policy describes how we handle your data to provide the best experience in location and fuel savings.

1. Location Data (The Most Important Clause)

These data are used exclusively to:

• Identify when you enter the area of a registered station to record your consumption history.
• Request confirmation of the current fuel price to keep the collaborative database up to date.
• Display nearby stations on the map and calculate precise navigation routes.

2. Information We Collect

• Personal Identifiers: Name, e-mail, and profile picture (via Google Login or E-mail/Password).
• Device Identifiers: We collect the unique ID of your device (Android ID) to manage the limit of 2 linked devices per account (Slots), preventing subscription fraud.
• Usage Data: Error logs (Crashlytics) and anonymous usage statistics (Analytics) for continuous system improvement.

3. Sharing and Storage

Your data is securely stored in the Google Firebase and PostgreSQL (Data Connect) infrastructure. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with advertisers or third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Management and Deletion

You have full control over your data. At any time, you can:

• Delete your refueling history individually within the app.
• Request the total deletion of the account and all linked data through our Deletion Page or by sending an e-mail to suporte@itapox.com.

5. Legal Compliance

This policy complies with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD) in Brazil and the transparency requirements of the Google Play Store.
